About the New Website |
We have replaced the previous site with this more technology advanced and content rich website. But most importantly, we have upgraded the site to facilitate sharing of information and interaction with our membership. Highlights of this new site include:
Follow these steps to for the initial login.
Advertising on the HAPL Website – There are two great ways to promote your business on the site: Button Ads on the homepage and in the Business Directory section. We’ve placed examples of both ads on the site. The Button Ad may contain your company name and logo. It will link to your business website. Adding your business to the Business Directory is a great way to promote your business or services as well. The Business Directory allows for more description of your business, including a link to your website and contact information. Look for more information in the Advertising & Sponsorship section of the site. Contact us for any questions regarding advertising on the website. Job Board – As an HAPL member, you can post open landman positions at no charge. To post a job, logon to the site. This will take you to the Tendenci console. In the Tendenci Console look under Quick Links in the right column under Adding Content, and click on Add a Job. Complete the information. Once reviewed by HAPL the position will be posted to the site. Non-HAPL members may post a job for a fee. Interactive Site – The HAPL site is designed to encourage interaction and content contributions by its members. The software behind this website is Tendenci, a powerful organization management software application. Once members logon to the site they will be taken to the Tendenci Console page. From there, you may submit content in such areas as: Events, Articles, Job Board and the Business Directory, or even change your member profile. You may also go to any other part of the site. Once a member or user has submitted content, it will be reviewed by HAPL and posted to the site as long as it meets HAPL guidelines. We hope you find great use of HAPL’s new website. Please contact us should you have any questions or need assistance with any features of the site. |
