Most recently, handled five rigs plus developing and leasing the Haynesville in North Louisiana. Extensive experience in division orders and acquisitions and divestitures and preparation of documents. Have reviewed and prepared international master service agreements.
Skills:
Extremely organized and able to "push paper" effectively and efficiently.
