America’s offshore resources in the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) are vital to this country’s energy security and economic vitality. As a result, HAPL and IPAA are hosting an in-depth program to discuss the myriad of issues pertaining to oil and gas operations in the offshore, particularly focusing on resources in the OCS.
The program will feature views from both major and independent operators, a government agency and a current legislative update provided by IPAA.
The event will take place on November 6th at Houston’s historic Hotel Icon, beginning at 2:00 p.m. This program is in conjunction with HAPL’s Annual Offshore Social to be held immediately following at The Corinthian. Wedding these two events will enhance the broad based participation from the Offshore Industry – bringing together engineers, geologists, lawyers, landmen and lawmakers under one roof.
The Offshore Social will provide a great opportunity for networking at one of Houston premiere reception halls – The Corinthian. The Hotel Icon intends to block off a number of rooms at a special rate for out-of-town participants, and will also provide valet parking. This will be a very worthwhile and enjoyable experience for those working in the Offshore Industry.
