HAPL's annual Technical workshop will again be broadcast live from the offices of Haynes & Boone LLP in downtown Houston. The workshop is broadcast over the internet to multiple workshop sites set up by local landman associations. The HAPL utilizes Webex's web-based system which broadcasts streaming video and audio over the internet. At the conclusion of each presentation attendees are given the opportunity to ask the speaker questions. Prior to the workshop, workshop registrants will be instructed how they can download copies of the individual presentations.

The Houston office of Haynes and Boone, LLP is located at 1 Houston Center, 1221 McKinney, Suite 2100, at the intersection of McKinney and San Jacinto.
Visitor parking is available at the following locations:
2 Houston Center parking garage. The entrance is on McKinney St. to the left as soon as you pass Fannin Street. Use the “Public” entrance. Our building can be accessed by skybridge.
Houston Center Garage 1. The entrance to this parking garage is located on Walker near Caroline. Use the “Public” entrance. Our building can be accessed by skybridge.
The daily rate for Houston Center parking garages is $18.00. The firm will not validate parking for this event.
If you make a reservation, pay for it, and later decide to cancel it before the reservation deadline (April 27 for this event), you can apply for a refund through the HAPL Office. We must receive your request to cancel your registration in writing by email at hapl@hapl.org or fax at 713-622-3723 by the 27th. You will receive the total amount charged minus a $2.00 credit card processing fee.
When you request a refund, include the credit-card number that you used to pay for the reservation and the confirmation e-mail you received when you paid. If you have lost that e-mail, send as much information as you can about the name and date of the event, the date that you paid, and how much you paid. Refunds cannot be made for reservations that were paid for, but not cancelled before the reservations deadline. When that happens, you are considered a no-show.
