AAPL's 2009 Summer Land Seminar


As a kick-off to Summer NAPE 2009, AAPL is presenting its Summer Land Seminar on Wednesday, August 26, 2009, at the Hilton-Americas Houston Hotel in Houston, TX.  The 2009 Summer Land Seminar will focus on a comparison of oil and gas laws in key states including: Arkansas, Louisiana, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, and West Virginia. The panel discussion will be led by George Snell with Thomas A. Daily, Timothy C. Dowd, Richard L. Gottlieb, John H, Heyer, Richard W. Revels, Russell L. Schetroma participating. This panel promises an informative and interesting review of key differences in operating in the various states. The general focus will be on the two major shale plays; Haynesville Shale and Marcellus Shale. 

This program allows an opportunity to learn more about the various states involved in a lot of the deals being offered at NAPE, a chance to begin networking early, the opportunity to earn six continuing education credits, and to participate in the NAPE Icebreaker.  

A buffet luncheon at the Hilton will be provided for all attendees.
