If you make a reservation, pay for it, and later decide to cancel it before the reservation deadline, you can apply for a refund through the HAPL Office. We must receive your request to cancel your registration in writing by email at
hapl@hapl.org or fax at 713-622-3723. You will receive the total amount charged minus a $5.00 credit card processing fee. The deadline for this event is Thursday, January 28th @ 5:00 p.m.
When you request a refund, include the name and date of the event, and how much you paid. Refunds cannot be made for reservations that were paid for, but not cancelled before the reservations deadline. When that happens, you are considered a no-show.
All pre-registered members/guests for this event that have not prepaid and do not attend will be billed as a no-show.

- R.T. has held various research and consulting roles within Wood Mackenzie. Currently, he manages the company’s detailed analysis of major upstream developments through the North American Key Play service. He also serves as a North American advisor for the company’s Macro Oils (Oil Price Outlook) service.
- In prior roles, he has covered the Gulf Coast and led the Rocky Mountains regional upstream team. Mr. Dukes specializes in play description, decline curve analysis, production forecasting, and economic modeling. Mr. Dukes has also been involved with numerous domestic upstream consulting projects ranging from asset opportunity screenings, third-party valuations, due diligence, and strategic reviews.
- Prior to Wood Mackenzie, R.T. was a principal in a company investing in oil and gas producing interests.
- Mr. Dukes graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with a bachelors degree in accounting and a masters degree in finance. He currently serves on the Former Student Advisory Board for the Professional Program in Accounting.
