HBA Oil, Gas & Mineral Law Section Luncheon

Topic/Speaker:      Cassie McGarvey of Sanders and Willyard will present “Attorney-Client Privilege and Cloud Computing.”

Doors Open:          11:30 a.m., with lunch at 11:45 a.m. and presentation at noon.

Location:               Petroleum Club, 35th Floor, Total Plaza, 1201 Louisiana Street

Cost:                      $35 (OGML Section members) or $45 (non-OGML Section members), with advance reservation; $50 for walk-in registrants, space permitting; and $10 for students.

CLE:                     1.00 Ethics hour of State Bar of Texas Continuing Legal Education.

                              1.00 Ethics credit (CEU Ethics) for AAPL recertification.

                             

REGISTRATION FOR THE LUNCHEON:

 

To register, HBA members may visit the Houston Bar Association website calendar at www.hba.org and click on the event.  Non-HBA members may register by creating a user name and password for the HBA website by completing the form for “New Users” at https://apps.hba.org/login/.

 

NO RSVPS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT.  RSVPs are due by Thursday, October 22, 2015.

 

WALK-IN ATTENDEES WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE LUNCHEON IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE, AND WILL ONLY HAVE THE OPTION TO PAY BY CASH OR CHECK AT THE DOOR.

 

PARKING:

Valet parking is available at the Milam Street entrance of Total Plaza (between Dallas and Polk Streets), and at the Polk Street entrance of Hyatt Regency Houston (between Louisiana and Smith Streets).
