Mr. Anderson graduated from the University of Texas with a Petroleum Engineering degree in 1980. He opened an office for Anderson Oil in Lexington, Kentucky in 1981 and lived there until 1985. Mr. Anderson at that time moved to Houston, Texas and has been here since then.
Mr. Anderson has active oil and gas activities in more than 15 states with an emphasis on South Texas and East Kentucky. He has been a member of TIPRO since 1981 and has chaired many committees over the years.
On July 1st of 2006 Mr. Anderson was named the President of TIPRO.
