**Virtual Pre-Recorded Webinar**

In accordance with the CDC requirements and current orders from Texas Governor Greg Abbott regarding Covid-19, and out of an abundance of caution for our attendees and speakers, the HAPL Technical Workshop will be provided by Pre-Recorded Presentation for all Registered Attendees this year

The access link to the Jackson Walker ShareFile for the Technical Workshop presentation materials will be sent by email at the end of day Monday. Sept. 21st to all registered attendees.

Continuing Education Credits:

1. The AAPL Cont. Ed. Affidavit will be made available on the Jackson Walker ShareFile. Registrants have 30 days, until Oct. 22^nd, to view the presentations and submit the Affidavit to AAPL.
2. Continuing Legal Accreditation has been approved by the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Colorado State Bars. Completion of the HAPL Tech Workshop CLE Affidavit and Questionnaire is required to received CLE credits and must be submitted to our committee member no later than September, 30, 2020. Please see the CLE Affidavit and Questionnaire on the Jackson Walker ShareFile for further instructions.
