The main garage for the Hilton will have a sign that reads, “Garage Full, Parking for Hotel Guests Only”, and an officer will be present. HAPL Executive Night attendees qualify as “Hotel Guests” and therefore are welcome to park in the garage. You only need to inform the officer that you are arriving for the “Landman event.”
SPONSORSHIP
As one of the primary fundraisers for HAPL with an annual attendance of over 500 , Executive Night provides an opportunity to continue to promote the Landman profession, arrange and coordinate educational and social events for members, and contribute to the needs of the Houston community through our service, education and scholarship committees. Through events like this, the HAPL has been able to provide nearly $44,000 in scholarships to high school and college students, as well as contribute over $47,000 to teachers’ awards in the Houston area in the last five years. In the past three years alone, the HAPL has contributed over $120,000 to more than fifteen non-profit organizations. As a sponsor, your donation will help the HAPL to continue to support great causes like these.
All sponsoring companies or individuals will be recognized by name and sponsorship level in the program and will be displayed on the sponsor recognition boards, as well as on the PowerPoint that will be projected on the wall during dinner.
If you would like to become a sponsor, you can go to the HAPL website (www.hapl.org) and click on “Donate/Sponsor an Event” under the “Support Us” tab, then input your donation amount and information. Make sure to select “October Executive Night” in the “Donate to” box. Otherwise, please return your contribution and the completed sponsorship form before Monday , October 19, 2015 to Tiffany Ganer to ensure that your name is included in the program and sponsor recognition boards.
